Suspended Ceiling: The Energy Saving Air Circulator (Model No. YK-301-DC) is specifically designed for standard size 2’x 4’ or 2’x 2’ suspended ceiling types (Grid Tile Ceiling). For 2’x 4’ ceilings, a grid divider is necessary for installation.
Plaster Ceiling Type: This air circulator can be installed on a plaster ceiling, but you will need to purchase a fan-specific support bracket. For safety reasons, it is essential to ensure that the steel wires are tightly secured to the support bracket during installation to prevent any accidents or falling.
Concrete & Wood Ceiling Type: The design is not suitable for both concrete and wood ceiling types.
Check the Remote Control’s Battery: Ensure the remote control has fresh or charged batteries. Weak or damaged batteries could prevent the signal from reaching the fan. Weak or damaged batteries could prevent the signal from reaching the fan.
